LEGAL ADVICE

Legal advice on urban planning and public law

Olivier Le Bot provides legal advice in his areas of expertise, including urban planning law, administrative litigation and general public law.

This work can take various forms.

In a litigation context, it takes the form of drafting or assisting in the writing of legal pleadings: applications, defence pleadings, intervention pleadings, QPC pleadings and, before the Constitutional Council, external contributions and voluntary interventions.

Outside the context of litigation, advice takes the form of legal analyses and memoranda of varying length. They consist of a reasoned opinion on a legal point which raises a particular difficulty or is new. They may also result in a complete and in-depth analysis of a legal situation or act.

These advisory services are aimed at law firms and other legal professions, companies (in particular property developers), public authorities, individuals and associations.

This activity is complemented by professional training and mediation services.
